Rediscover Yourself Through Creative Healing: Summer Art Therapy Groups in San Antonio

Feeling emotionally drained, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles of burnout or perfectionism? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to face it alone either.

This summer at San Antonio Art Therapy, we’re offering three unique art therapy groups designed to support adults and young adults through the emotional toll of modern life. Whether you're navigating stress, life transitions, or self-criticism, these groups offer a chance to slow down, reconnect, and restore—through creativity, connection, and compassion.

🌿 Tended & Tilled: Nature-Based Art Therapy at the San Antonio Botanical Garden

Facilitated by Sara Peters, LPC-AT, ATR-BC, this 4-week group explores themes like life transitions, anxiety, stress, and loneliness through intentional art-making and reflection in a peaceful garden setting.

No art experience needed—just a willingness to pause, connect, and create.
